What are the hours of service?

Our service is available from 9:00 to 21:00.

Phone reception is from 9:00 to 18:00.

What is the area of coverage?

Areas we cover are Tsu, Suzuka, Kameyama, Nabari, Iga, and Matsusaka.

What languages are supported?

English, Filipino (Ilonggo), Indonesian, Vietnamese, German, and plain Japanese are available.

Are volunteers needed?

Yes, we are looking for volunteers. Especially those who speak multiple languages are preferred. Please see the page "Would you like to join us?" for more information.

Is the consultation free of charge?

Consultation is free of charge, but interpretation/translation and transportation fees will be charged.

Interpretation: 2,000 yen per hour

Translation (not for official documents): 4,000 yen per page

Transportation, escort, and on-site consultation: 1,000 yen per location

Do you handle personal information properly?

We maintain confidentiality and handle personal information appropriately.

Our stuff and volunteers sign a written pledge not to disclose information obtained during consultations.
